All right, party people: I know it’s freezing out there (finally), but that doesn’t mean we can’t turn our thoughts towards summertime and the ever-growing Coachella Music Empire. Amidst all the rumors swirling around the main festival lineup (I’ve heard the Smiths, My Bloody Valentine, David Bowie, Massive Attack, and Pulp, which would certainly make a very specific kind of music fan very happy), there is now CONFIRMED FACT about the all-new, all-country Coachella afterparty, Stagecoach, happening May 5-6. From Billboard:

May 5: George Strait, Alan Jackson, Sara Evans, Jason Aldean, Eric Church, Willie Nelson, Lucinda Williams, Neko Case (pictured, and so awesome), Robert Earl Keen

May 6: Kenny Chesney, Brooks & Dunn, Sugarland, Emmylou Harris, Kris Kristofferson, Drive-By Truckers, Alejandro Escovedo, Marty Stuart, the Del McCoury Band, Garrison Keillor…

AND MORE.

Wow. I mean. Wow. Even if you’re not a country fan, you gotta appreciate the names they’ve wrangled here. This is like the Country Music Awards being held outside, and for two straight days. This is like the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo happening without the cow parts. This is like Coachella, but for country music. I’m going — are you?
