Tense, nervy, and dazzling, as Jason Bourne (Matt Damon), the renegade CIA assassin, is hunted across three continents. Director Paul Greengrass seems to tear each image out of the one before it, and Damon’s human-Terminator terseness has become a form of wit. But when Bourne uncovers what happened to him, there’s a bit of musty Cold War didacticism.
