The Talladega Nights gang reunites for sibling ribaldry, but this dumb and dumber flick about two middle-aged infants drives wildly, like a self-amused Cannonball Run. The two-disc set’s gag reel, alternate scenes, and sung (!) commentary are a riot. But Step Brothers is a film you need to decide to like before you watch. C?
