The Wackness, writer-director Jonathan Levine’s hip-hop-heavy coming-of-age film, is an evocative love letter to early-’90s NYC. But given that the hero (Josh Peck) works as a drug dealer, it’s oddly incident-light. On an amiable commentary EXTRA, Peck recalls that Levine’s brother had to give costar Ben Kingsley a ”bong-smoking lesson.” B-
