'Scream 4': Watch the star-studded premiere red carpet arrivals here!

Scream 4 finally hits theaters this Friday (you can read all about the horror flick in this week’s EW cover story) but a batch of celebrities, including stars Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox, and David Arquette, will be watching the flick at tonight’s big Hollywood premiere at the famous Grauman’s Chinese Theater. “The great thing about these Scream films,” Cox tells EW, “is that they’re scary, but you get to know these characters that you don’t typically get to know in a horror film. They’re people you’re interested in.”
