Estelle drops new Rick Ross-assisted single 'Break My Heart'

Estelle | SHAWTY GOT MOVES Estelle, featured on the soundtrack for Step Up 3D

British R&B songstress Estelle first charmed the music world with "American Boy," her Grammy-winning 2008 collaboration with Kanye West.

Three years later, she's back with a new single that finds her sharing time with another American Boy: The guest star this time out is Rick Ross, and the song is called "Break My Heart," which you can hear after the jump.

The singer's delicate voice gels especially well with the groovy lounge-lizard vibe of the track, and it turns the whole thing into a sort of bump-worthy torch song. (It's been said before, but Estelle owes a lot to Roberta Flack.)

And while Ross' booming delivery and burly voice threatens to turn the whole thing into dust, it actually skates nicely on the line between too much and not enough (in that sense, it's the most well-balanced track Ross has ever been a part of).

What do you think? Is there too much Ross on an otherwise pretty song, or is it perfect as is? And are you looking forward to Estelle's new album All of Me? Let us know in the comments below.
