Brothers & Sisters will not be returning to ABC in the fall. Something tells us the producers knew the season 5 finale would likely be the series finale when they ended it with Nora quoting George Eliot in voiceover at Sarah’s wedding — “It’s never too late to be what you might have been” — and dancing to Lady Gaga’s “Born This Way.” In case you missed it, watch the final moment of the series below. RIP, Brothers & Sisters. You were no longer the show we fell in love with, so we can’t pretend we’re devastated to see you go, but we did spend many a Sunday night enjoying your Walker family dinner fights and wine consumption. (At least we still have Cougar Town.)
