Colton may have seemed like an awful human being, but he was right about one thing: Survivor did get dull after he left the show.
The Survivor: One World finale (10.2 million viewers, 2.8 adults 18-49 rating) was down a steep 30 percent from last spring’s closer to rank as the show’s lowest-rated finale ever (but, hey, at least the right person won). The reunion show (8.1 million, 2.4) was also the lowest-rated ever.
But hey, here’s some good news in the ratings! ABC’s Once Upon a Time’s (9.4 million, 3.2) first season finale was up 7 percent this week. Congrats to ABC for launching a solid hit drama this season to help replace the departing Desperate Housewives. Speaking of, the two-hour Housewives series finale (11.1 million, 3.2) was up 19 percent this week. We salute the departing ladies of Wisteria Lane.
