'Grey's Anatomy' season 9 promo: What happened 'out there'?

Grey’s Anatomy always produces chill-inducing promos, and here’s the latest one for season 9.

There’s not much new footage here, but Dr. Webber helps build suspense with his ominous voiceover. “If you think you’re prepared for what’s about to happen, you’re not,” he says. Well, I never said I was, Webber. In fact, I know I’ll be a wreck.

We already know the first episode will jump a few months ahead in time and show “the world” the outcome of the crash. With Eric Dane bowing out of the series, we can guess his time on this planet is limited. But any other predictions? Watch the promo below:
