'V/H/S': Exclusive poster

Want to get a jump on Halloween? Well, you could hone your pumpkin-hollowing skills. Or you could watch the new, found footage horror anthology V/H/S, which arrives in cinemas October 5 but is already available on VOD.

Framed by the tale of a burglary attempt which goes horribly awry the terror compendium’s directors include Ti West (House of the Devil), Glenn McQuaid (I Sell the Dead), and the filmmaking collective Radio Silence. The latter group are responsible for the anthology’s concluding chapter, “10/31/98,” in which the attempt by a group of costumed friends to attend a Halloween party goes, yes, horribly awry. “10/31/98” is also the inspiration for a new V/H/S poster from artist Tony Moore, who is best known for his work on the Walking Dead comic. Moore’s work is one of five posters commissioned from comic book artists — the other contributors being James Stokoe, RM Guéra, Jason Latour, and Esad Ribic.

You can exclusively check out Moore’s poster above and, in larger format, below, where you’ll also find the V/H/S trailer.
