On Friday, we announced the winners of our 5th Annual EWwy Awards, which honor the shows and actors that EW and its readers felt deserved to be nominated or an Emmy but weren’t. More than 250,000 votes were counted in this year’s 10 categories. While Community dominated the comedy side (snagging Best Comedy, Best Actor for Joel McHale, Best Supporting Actor for Danny Pudi, and Best Supporting Actress for Alison Brie), Fringe was the clear favorite in the drama categories earning Best Drama for the third year in a row along with second wins for Best Supporting Actor John Noble and Best Actress Anna Torv. “What can I say that I haven’t said before?” Torv says in a statement to EW. “Our fans are aces and EW readers are no exception. Their support has been invaluable, and I’ll be cradling my EWwy Award as Fringe crosses the finish line.”

We’re making plans to visit the Fringe and Community sets to hand-deliver their EWwy trophies later this month, so stay tuned for actual EWwy cradling.
