Catherine Zeta-Jones has voluntarily re-entered a treatment facility for bipolar disorder, People reports.
“Catherine has proactively checked into a health care facility,” her rep told People. “Previously Catherine has said that she is committed to periodic care in order to manage her health in an optimum manner.”
The actress previously sought treatment for the disorder in 2011.
