Already missing your television faves after all the season finales this week? Then it’s time to get obsessed with some new summer shows. Fox’s The Goodwin Games premiered online today ahead of its official May 20 release. The pilot, from the creators of How I Met Your Mother, is streaming now on Hulu. After watching the first episode, I’m curious to see where the story, about three grown-up siblings playing an elaborate game to compete for their recently deceased dad’s fortune, goes from here: What will the next challenge of the game be? Who else is going to show up alongside the siblings’ journey? Perhaps most importantly, will there always be this much Morse code in a 22-minute episode?

Check out EW’s official review of The Goodwin Games below:

“A wealthy eccentric (Beau Bridges) leaves behind an epic, elaborate game designed to make his estranged children compete for his fortune by becoming better people and a tighter family. The cast delivers: Scott Foley (Scandal) is the lonely overachiever, Becki Newton (Ugly Betty) is the bright underachiever, and T.J. Miller (Cloverfield) is the doofus with a kid and a criminal record. The Goodwin Games will have to consistently match the cleverness and poignancy of its pilot to win in the long run. Coming from the creators of How I Met Your Mother, there’s reason to hope. B+” — Jeff Jensen

Watch it on Hulu now, and then tell us if it’ll find a place on your DVR this summer.
