TV Deathwatch: the cancellation list

As the networks introduced the sparkling new additions to their prime-time lineups to advertisers at the annual upfront presentations in New York City, lots of lackluster series finally got the heave-ho. And now, a moment of silence for the shows that received their death notices last week.
