• Steve Martin and Jennifer Lopez will lend their voices to DreamWorks Animation’s alien invasion comedy Home, based on Adam Rex’s children’s book The True Meaning of Smekday. Rihanna voices the main character, Gratuity Tucci (or Tip), whose mother (Lopez) was abducted by the Boov (aka aliens). Martin will voice Captain Smek, their leader, who is attempting to force all the humans to relocate to Florida. Jim Parsons will voice a Boov (coincidentally) called J.Lo, who befriends Tip. Game of Thrones alum Sean Bean will play an ex-fighter who learns some life lessons from his 11-year-old nephew in the indie drama Any Day, which also stars Eva Longoria (as his love interest), and Kate Walsh (as his older sister). Rustam Branaman, who played Agent Danbury in Iron Man 3, will direct from his own script.[THR]

• Kathryn Hahn is set to join the cast of Tomorrowland (co-written by EW’s own Jeff ‘Doc’ Jensen) which is currently in production. Director Brad Bird and Disney are continuing to be very secretive about plot or character details for the film, starring George Clooney and Hugh Laurie. All we know is that Hahn will play Ursula, a funny scene-stealer. [THR]

Anger Management escapee star Selma Blair will join Bailey Chase (Longmire) and Adrien Grenier (Entourage) in the drama Sex, Death and Bowling about an Iraq vet suffering from pancreatic cancer. Ally Walker, who played Agent June Stahl in Sons of Anarchy, is writing, directing, and producing the indie project which will shoot in Los Angeles this month. [Variety]
