Channing Tatum is getting behind the lens for his next project, an adaptation of the YA novel Forgive Me, Leonard Peacock.

Tatum will co-direct and produce the project with his partner Reid Carolin, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The book, written by Silver Linings Playbook author Matthew Quick, follows a high schooler named Leonard Peacock and his plans to kill his best friend and commit suicide.
