'Boy Meets World' alum joins 'Guardians of the Galaxy' animated series

Boy Meets World alum Will Friedle will be voicing Star-Lord, famously portrayed by Chris Pratt, in the Guardians of the Galaxy animated series.

David Sobolov, meanwhile, will voice the extremely literal character Drax, whom he voiced in Marvel’s Avengers Assemble.

The news comes one day after we learned who will voice Rocket Raccoon and Groot in theanimated series.

The Disney XD show will premiere in 2015. A sequel to Guardians of the Galaxy will be released on July 28, 2017.
