Will Ferrell to get in the illegal casino business in 'The House' from 'Neighbors' writers

Will Ferrell has boarded a comedy from the writers of Neighbors that his production company Gary Sanchez is producing, reps for Ferrell and New Line confirmed to EW.

The Hollywood Reporter first reported that New Line bought the comedy from Andrew J. Cohen and Brendan O’Brien that Cohen will direct.

According to THR, Ferrell will play one half of a married couple that establishes an illegal casino in their basement in order to gain back the money from their daughter’s college fund that they lost.
