French-Canadian chanteuse Céline Dion is going back to Vegas.
Dion took an indefinite break from her residency at Caesars Palace’s Colosseum last summer to care for her cancer-stricken husband, René Angelil. But starting in late August, the singer will resume the same residency, People confirms. “It’s very emotional for me,” Dion tells People, “and I am anticipating the emotions to grow even more as the date gets closer.”
Fortunately, she has a few thousand people to rely on for help with those emotions: her fans. “It’s very touching,” she says. “Every night is a new show … I promise there will be high, happy notes.”
Head over to People for more news on the “My Heart Will Go On” singer’s return.
