Adam Pally just wants to have bathroom sex in 'Slow Learners'

In Slow Learners, the new comedy that debuts at next week’s Tribeca Film Festival, Adam Pally is a high-school guidance counselor named Jeff whose low-key social activities include an all-male book club. His co-worker, Anne (Sarah Burns), is equally bland; her idea of dressing seductively lands closer to cell-phone kiosk salesperson than sexy librarian. The two dorky friends decide to make a change and become the kind of confident and spontaneous people who attract the opposite sex. Their pledge to redefine themselves leads to a sex-and-alcohol fueled summer where they try to become the cooler versions of themselves they’ve always imagined—to unpredictable results.

In this exclusive clip from Slow Learners, the two friends reveal just how wild and crazy they aspire to be in their attempt to become more bold and bathroom-sex available.

Co-directed by Don Argott and Sheena M. Joyce (The Art of the Steal), Slow Learners also stars Reid Scott, Catherine Reitman, Kevin Dunn, Kate Flannery, Charlie McDermott, and Saturday Night Live cast members Bobby Moynihan and Cecily Strong. Here’s the exclusive poster.
