Watch Tim McGraw's performance at the TIME 100 Gala

Tim McGraw kicked off the TIME 100 Gala with a medley performance of songs that included his 2004 hit “Live Like We Were Dying.” The country singer, who has been a staple in the music industry for more than two decades, was honored on this year’s list in the “Artist” category by Jon Meacham.
