Young & Hungry star Emily Osment recently hit up EW to talk about the second half of her show’s second season, teasing new faces and more drama for her character.

At the end of “Young & Part Two,” Gabby (played by Osment) opts out of a relationship with Josh (Jonathan Sadowski) and leaves San Francisco to intern in Switzerland for the renowned Chef D’Arby (Hal Ozsan). “We kind of realize that Gabby needs to focus on herself,” she told EW.

But the funny girl behind the apron won’t be gone for good. She’ll be back in time to gain a new love interest—Sofia’s (Aimee Carrero) brother, who will make his debut later this year. And much like her previous relationships, Osment says this one won’t be without calamity. “She’s always thrown into the ringer whenever there’s a new boy that’s been introduced into her life.”

The second half of the season will also feature some new faces, including MADtv alum Phil Lamar and Jackée Harry, who will play Yolanda’s (Kym Whitley) sister JoJo in an episode titled “Young & Christmas.”

The show will also introduce Josh’s brother, but that role has not yet been cast.
