Jenni Pulos: Showtime at the Apollo part of her Greatest Story Ever Told

When Jenni Pulos showed up to Showtime at the Apolloback in 2002 alongside Jeff Lewis’ brother, Todd, she wasn’t exactly prepared for the intense competition. But rather than accept defeat, she had a few musical tricks of her own that would hopefully wow the audience (once they stopped booing, of course).

For EW’s Greatest Story Ever Told video series, Pulos recalls being met with boos when she first hit the stage. But, obviously, she was just waiting for the music to kick in before bringing the crowd to their feet. Did her team walk away with the win? Check out the full narrative above.
