Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett brought their seven-month Cheek to Cheek tour to a close in Washington, D.C., on Saturday, and like all good celebrations, there was cake.

Gaga surprised Bennett onstage at the Kennedy Center with a towering cake to celebrate his upcoming 89th birthday, and she serenaded him with “I’m Beginning To See the Light” before leading the sold-out crowd in a rendition of “Happy Birthday.”

Gaga even tweeted a photo of the cake ahead of time, writing, “Tony doesn’t check the internet too much so I wanted to show you the surprise we got him for tonight’s final show!”

The cake was created by Duff Goldman’s Charm City Cakes (of Food Network’s Ace of Cakes) and even featured miniature versions of Gaga, Bennett, and their dogs.
