Jeffrey Tambor: Arrested Development chicken dance still a popular request

Has anyone in this studio audience ever even seen a chicken?

Transparent actor Jeffrey Tambor stopped by Conan on Wednesday, where he revealed that everywhere he goes, people still want him to do the chicken dance from Arrested Development. Tambor, who frequently travels to speak at colleges, says that he can always tell when the request is coming.

“There’s that hand that is raised, and I know exactly what they’re going to say,” he sighs.

And Conan’s audience is no different. Tambor wags his finger as the cheers get louder, but he eventually gives in — sort of. Check out the clip to see Tambor’s modified “kosher chicken dance” — and hear which Arrested Development cast member he thinks does the best impression.
