Daredevil New York Comic Con trailer teases Elektra, The Punisher

Matt Murdock is going to have one hell of a time defending Hell’s Kitchen in Daredevil‘s second season, as the show’s latest trailer teases a few major newcomers to the Netflix/Marvel series.

First screened at New York Comic Con, the new Daredevil teaser combines footage from season 1, released earlier this year, along with snippets of the upcoming season. Skip to the 1:30 mark or so to watch Matt wrestle with his guilt heading into the new season, as well as brief moments of Elektra (Elodie Yung) and the Punisher (though only the back of Jon Bernthal’s head can be seen in the preview).

Season 2 of Daredevil will arrive in 2016, while the second Marvel/Netflix pairing, Jessica Jones hits the streaming service on Nov. 20. For more on what to expect from Bernthal’s Punisher and Young’s Elektra, watch EW’s interview with the Daredevil cast at New York Comic Con.
