Meg Wolitzer, Ally Condie, and Jandy Nelson announce book tour together

November will be a busy month for YA authors Meg Wolitzer, Ally Condie, and Jandy Nelson. The three will be embarking on a nationwide book tour, EW announces exclusively.

The Penguin Random House authors will be promoting the releases of their new paperbacks: Belzhar by Meg Wolitzer, Atlantia by Ally Condie, and I’ll Give You the Sun by Jandy Nelson.

“Writing is solitary, but apparently a book tour doesn’t have to be,” Wolitzer says in a statement to EW. “And who knows, maybe in the future, if I’m lucky, Jandy and Ally will come sit near me when I’m writing, making it just a little less solitary.”

Condie echoes her sentiment. “It’s a lot of fun to spend time with other writers and learn from them–and, even better, I think it’s also fun for our readers to have several different outlooks on writing and books at each event,” she says.

Nelson says she is “crazy-excited” to be traveling with Condie and Wolitzer. “It’s the closest I’ll ever come to being in a girl band! I cannot wait.”
