Eva Longoria engaged to Jose Antonio Baston

Eva Longoria and businessman Jose Antonio Baston have announced their engagement.

“Ummmm so this happened…” Longoria captioned a photo of the two of them in Dubai, complete with a shiny new ring on her left hand. The pair were in Dubai to support the Global Gift Foundation.

According to PEOPLE, the pair began dating in 2013. “I’m attracted to humor and intellect in a man,” Longoria told PEOPLE last year. “Let me tell you, I’m very lucky in life.”

The former Desperate Housewives star now headlines the new NBC comedy Telenovela, which premiered last week.
