Courtney Barnett already made it onto EW’s Best Albums of 2015 list with Sometimes I Sit and Think, Sometimes I Just Sit and is up for Best New Artist at next month’s Grammys, but the punky singer-songwriter isn’t done yet.

Barely more than a week into 2016, Barnett released a new track. True to Barnett’s style, “Three Packs a Day” combines mundane lyrics (smoking and eating dinner by yourself) with impeccable jangly guitar work. The track will be included on an upcoming compilation of Barnett’s Australian label, Milk! Records. Listen below
