New year, same record-setting Adele. The British singer’s “Hello” video hit the 1 billion view mark on Vevo Monday, making it the fastest video to so in the platform’s history. Adele’s label XL Recordings shared the news on Twitter.

The first video shot using IMAX cameras, “Hello” quickly beat out Taylor Swift’s record to become to most viewed video in a single day on Vevo, and the second-fastest video to hit 100 million views on YouTube. French-Canadian filmmaker Xavier Dolan (Mommy) shot the six-minute work of art, with Jannie McInnes serving as executive producer.

“She wanted something memorable,” Dolan told EW after the video’s Oct. 2015 release. “I thought I couldn’t do that because the song is unforgettable! But I was imagining something simple: a girl who is stumbling upon accessories in her house that are reminders of her past love, and going back into a relationship that is slowly going awry.”
