This looks to finally be the year of Final Fantasy XV, and Square Enix is promising fans will finally know when they’ll be able to jump into the upcoming role-playing game. But in the meantime, the publisher has offered up a new clip of the game in action.

Square Enix has revealed that a fan event is coming to Los Angeles on March 30. Dubbed Final Fantasy Uncovered, the event, hosted by Kinda Funny’s Greg Miller and Tim Gettys, will be open to fans — tickets will be available beginning Feb. 5 — and include more details about the next major Final Fantasy installment, including the reveal of the game’s release date, which is supposed to be sometime in 2016. The event will also be livestreamed on YouTube and Twitch for those who cannot attend.

Square Enix also unveiled new footage of the game, the clip above showcasing one of the game’s protagonists Noctis and his team on an infilitration mission of the Niflheim Base, including plenty more footage of the game’s battle system.

Watch some of the new skills and abilities on display in the video above, and stay tuned for more on the game as Final Fantasy Uncovered approaches. Final Fantasy XV first began life as Final Fantasy Versus XIII, debuting in 2006 before being officially re-revealed as Final Fantasy XV at E3 in 2013. On Jan. 1, 2016, the game’s director, Hajime Tabata, promised that the game would be released this year.
