Jenny Slate’s gone from voicing a self-conscious shell to a stressed-out, overworked sheep, showing off her acting chops as fluffy-haired Assistant Mayor Bellwether in Disney’s Zootopia.

In an exclusive clip that reveals that being unappreciated at work isn’t strictly a human problem, Bellwether takes a break from her high-handed boss (J.K. Simmons) to give police officer Judy Hopps (Ginnifer Goodwin) and detective Nick Wilde (Jason Bateman) some all-important intel.

“I never actually get to do anything this important,” says Bellwether wistfully in the clip, above. “I’m more of a glorified secretary. I think Mayor Lionheart just wanted the sheep vote.”

Fans of Slate – who co-wrote and voiced the title character in 2010’s viral short Marcel the Shell With Shoes On and its subsequent follow-ups – brings some of Marcel’s shy characteristics to Bellweather, whose humdrum workload will ring true to office workers everywhere. (Zootopia animators get extra points for depicting a workspace that perfectly captures the banalities of Bellwether’s 9-to-5, complete with Post-It notes and a super-cheap gift from the mayor.)

Revolving around rookie cop Judy Hopps and her efforts in cracking a huge case in the bustling animal city of Zootopia, the Disney flick features a voice cast including Idris Elba, Alan Tudyk, Katie Lowes, Octavia Spencer, Bonnie Hunt, Tommy Chong, and Shakira.

Zootopia opens in theaters March 4, 2016.
