Sherlock manga series due out from Titan Comics

Sherlock fans, be prepared to embrace your favorite sleuths in a whole new way. This June, Titan Comics will debut the manga comic series titled Sherlock: A Study In Pink, marking the first time the series will be printed in English and available in the US and UK. The announcement was made during today’s ComicsPro retailers summit in Portland, Oregon.

The series will adapt episodes of the popular BBC series starring Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman, with art by manga illustrator Jay, who worked on the book’s original release overseas. The new series, which will be available in print as well as on digital devices, will also feature extended page counts, new covers and art by acclaimed talent, including Alice X Zhang (Doctor Who, The Blacklist).

Sherlock returns to BBC for a fourth season in 2017.
