The Marvel Cinematic Universe has a new villain.

Marvel has released the first official photo of Captain America: Civil War’s Crossbones, a.k.a. Brock Rumlow, the sinister SHIELD agent with ties to HYDRA.

When we last saw Rumlow (played by Frank Grillo) in Winter Soldier, he had only barely survived the final battle with major burns all over his body. Now, he’s returning for Captain America: Civil War, and this new image — first released by Empire — shows him fully suited up as Crossbones.

“[Winter Soldier] was only a taste of what’s to come with the next film, and I couldn’t be more humbled and excited,” Grillo told EW back in 2014. “They just kind of called and said, ‘What kind of shape are you in? We’re going to need a body scan.’ They scan your body so that whatever you wear fits you like a glove.”

Marvel and Empire also shared the first official photo of Martin Freeman as Everett Ross, standing next to Emily VanCamp as Sharon Carter, as well as a new image of Scarlet Witch and a new photo of Cap and Iron Man facing off.

Captain America: Civil War hits theaters on May 6, 2016
