Two of this year’s breakout stars are both under the age of 15, and as a result, they’re a little shorter than the rest of this year’s Oscar presenters. Which is why when Jacob Tremblay from Room and Abraham Attah from Beasts of No Nation took the Oscar stage to present Best Live Action Short Film, host Chris Rock rushed out to give them boxes to stand on.

The ever gracious Tremblay made sure to thank Rock for being so considerate, adding, “I loved you in Madagascar. He was the zebra, he was hilarious!”

Tremblay also got a show of support from the audience, as his Room costar and Best Actress nominee Brie Larson cheered him on.
