Florence Welch got in touch with her inner Stevie Nicks for a folk-rock take on Fleetwood Mac’s “Silver Springs” at a charity concert in London on Friday.

In a braided crown and ruffly sleeves, Welch led Florence + the Machine in a stripped-down cover of the song first recorded by Fleetwood Mac. Welch has been compared to Fleetwood Mac frontwoman Nicks often before, owing to her soaring natural vocals, and has covered the band at Glastonbury in 201l0, singing “The Chain”.

Earlier this year, other musicians honored the classic band at Fleetwood Mac Fest in Los Angeles, where Mark Ronson, Carly Rae Jepsen, Alison Mosshart, Will Forte, Joanna Newsom, Cold War Kids, and more performed covers of Fleetwood Mac’s iconic songs.

“Silver Springs” was originally intended to be on the band’s beloved 1977 album Rumours, but became a B-side to “Go Your Own Way” instead. It was later released as a single from the 1997 album The Dance and has become a favorite hit during recent Fleetwood Mac shows.
