Swanberg occasionally appears in his own films — he starred alongside Anna Kendrick and Melanie Lynskey in 2014’s Happy Christmas, for example — but it’s not clear if he’ll step in front of the camera for Easy. His previous Netflix experience includes directing “Andy,” an episode of Netflix’s Love. Easy does not yet have a release date.
