Silicon Valley season 3 trailer: Meet Pied Piper's new CEO

He’s back — and he’s not exactly happy about it.

In the season 2 finale of HBO comedy Silicon Valley, Richard (Thomas Middleditch) was fired as CEO of Piped Piper. As you will see in this just-released trailer for season 3, Laurie (Suzanne Cryer) is offering Richard a return to the company he built from the ground up — as just a regular employee. And whom will he be working for? The new CEO is “Action” Jack Barker (Stephen Tobolowsky), and as Gilfoyle notes, “This guy’s a hitter.” Erlich (T.J. Miller), for one, is upset that this “grey-haired fossil” was chosen to lead the company over himself, and he isn’t afraid to make an agiest joke or five to Jack’s face. See for yourself, above.
