Bones clip: The truth about Hodgins' condition

The Royal Diner may have great fries, but its wheelchair accessibility could use a little work.

In this exclusive clip from Thursday’s Bones, Booth (David Boreanaz) and Brennan (Emily Deschanel) meet up with Hodgins (TJ Thyne) and Angela (Michaela Conlin) for lunch, which begins with a tense announcement: Hodgins has no feeling in his legs — and he tried to hide it from Angela.

“I have plenty of feeling,” Hodgins says. “Anger. Rage. Biting sarcasm. Though I’m not sure if that last one is a feeling or just a really pissy attitude.”

“It’s an attitude,” Brennan clarifies.

And as Hodgins’ wheelchair starts to feel too big for their usual table, that attitude only gets worse. Check out the clip above to see how he responds when his friends try to help.
