No surprise here: Drake’s latest album, Views, debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart in the week ending in May 5, earning more than a million equivalent album units in a week.

Billboard reports that he sold 852,000 copies of traditional album sales, making this the biggest opening week in 2016 so far and the biggest sales week for a male artist since Justin Timberlake released The 20/20 Experience in 2013.

Views is Drake’s sixth No. 1; his only release not to hit the top of the chart was his first EP, So Far Gone. Views debuted on iTunes and Apple Music on April 29 and physical copies were released May 6.

Per Billboard, the album’s songs were streamed 245.1 million times in opening week, giving Drake the biggest streaming debut week as well.

In his B review, EW’s Ray Rahman summed up the album: “Drake still remains a master at producing low-key mesmerizing rap, but the Views are slightly less breathtaking here.”
