Kris Jenner says she is changing her name back to Kardashian

Goodbye Jenner, hello Kardashian. Kris Jenner might be getting a name change.

In a newly released clip from Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kris Jenner and her daughter Khloé Kardashian discuss how to handle catering arrangements. Jenner says, “I call the manager usually and say, ‘Hey. It’s Kris Kardashian.’”

“Your name isn’t Kris Kardashian, though,” her daughter interrupts.

“I’m gonna change my name back to Kardashian,” Jenner responds. “I was that before you were that. I was the original Kardashian.” Jenner also referenced her ex, who changed her name to Caitlyn Jenner after publicly coming out as transgender in 2015.

Name changes are nothing new for the Kardashian clan. In 2014, Kim Kardashian added “West” to her name after marrying rapper Kanye West.

And after her engagement to Rob Kardashian was announced, model Blac Chyna said she will go by Angela Kardashian following their nuptials.
