Robert De Niro and Joe Pesci, who starred in Martin Scorsese’s Casino, will reunite for the Guys Choice awards as Spike TV inducts the film into the “Guy Movie Hall of Fame.”

Released in 1995, Casino featured De Niro as Sam “Ace” Rothstein, who’s tapped by his bosses within the Italian mob to head a casino in Vegas. Pesci played Sam’s enforcerer, Nicky Santoro, who meets a gruesome end after inflicting some of his own brutal beatings throughout the film. Casino also starred Sharon Stone, James Woods, and Frank Vincent.

Casino is a classic film that is not only sacred to our audience, but inspired the theme of the night,” said Guys Choice executive producer Casey Patterson. “We wanted to wait for a special occasion to induct the iconic film into our Guy Movie Hall of Fame, and having De Niro and Pesci reunite on the stage for a special introduction will undoubtedly be one of the not to be missed moments from the evening.”

Julia Roberts will also receive the “Woman of the Decade” honor, while Ben Affleck and Matt Damon share in the “Guys of the Decade” award. Other honorees include Kiefer Sutherland (“Outland Award”), Olivia Munn (“Jean Claude Gahd Dam Award”), Kobe Bryant (“Athlete of the Decade”), and James Franco (“Virtuoso Award”).

That Pesci is expected to appear at the event is news itself: the actor is notoriously reclusive, and hasn’t starred in a film since 2010’s Love Ranch. At last year’s Tribeca Film Festival, the cast of Scorsese’s Goodfellas reunited but without the Oscar-winning star.

Guys Choice will premiere on June 9 at 9 p.m. ET.
