Stars hit the red carpet for the Tony Awards on Sunday night, and while some struck pose for the cameras and headed to their seats, others offered the Entertainment Weekly Snapchat account a master class in dramatic acting for viewers at home.

David Furr, nominee for his featured role in Noises Off showed off his acting chops and pretended he had lost his ticket. Meanwhile, presenters Chita Rivera gave Snapchat viewers a slow-motion come-hither look and Patina Miller acted like she had to fangirl over her bff’s dress. Lea DeLaria from Orange is the New Black pretended her friend just won, and let out a scream that could be heard down the red carpet.

Multiple award winner for Hamilton, Lin-Manuel Miranda did not need to act like he was late to his seat as a sped walk past. Finally, presenter Aaron Tveit made Snapchat laugh with his silent panic act about waiting in line for the restroom. See the whole Snapchat story above.
