High Maintenance, created by Katja Blichfeld and Ben Sinclair, got its start as a free web series on Vimeo. Featuring the exploits of Brooklyn’s friendly neighborhood pot dealer, the comedy was picked up by HBO for six half-hour episodes to debut sometime this fall. While we await an official premiere date, the network offers a glimpse into the coming shenanigans with the first trailer.

Sinclair hits the streets on his bike as “The Guy,” the dealer to an incredibly offbeat and neurotic crop of Brooklynites. High Maintenance is just as much about them as it is about their drug peddler, spotlighting the unique characters and their daily lives.

Spotted in the trailer are The Office‘s Amy Ryan and actors from the original web series, like Heléne Yorke (Masters of Sex) and Max Jenkins (The Mysteries of Laura). Blichfeld and Sinclair executive produce the series along with Russell Gregory.

Other HBO original programming debuts in the fall are Divorce, starring Sarah Jessica Parker, and the sci-fi series Westworld.
