Bon Jovi have unveiled the first taste of their forthcoming 14th studio album, This House Is Not For Sale, sharing its lead single and accompanying video Friday.

Pulling double weight as the album’s title track, the new song is an easy rocker with a laidback visual to match: Jon Bon Jovi cruises around a suburban town in an old-school car, revisiting presumably nostalgic sites like an on-the-market house and an overgrown cemetery. He eventually meets up with the band for a quick jam sesh.

Due out Oct. 21, This House Is Not For Sale follows the group’s 2015 “fan” collection, Burning Bridges. It marks their first project since cutting ties with longtime label Mercury Records, and their second without guitarist Richie Sambora, who departed the group in 2014. It also reunites Bon Jovi with Grammy-winning producer John Shanks, who worked on 2005’s Have A Nice Day.

“This record is about our integrity. Integrity matters and we’re at a stage of our career where we don’t have anything left to prove. Some songs have a little more of the ‘chip on my shoulder’ sound which is OK for us to have right now,” Bon Jovi said of the album in a September 2015 press conference.

Last August, he told Billboard, “A lot happened. Richie’s sudden departure, my trying to buy the [Buffalo] Bills and now this with the label. I have a lot of material to write about. Believe me, the new record is good. It’s pointed. It is something we are going to be very proud of.”
