Simone Biles, Zac Efron in Olympic love triangle

This is a love triangle of Olympic proportions. Gymnast Simone Biles met her celebrity crush Zac Efron after the pair exchanged tweets during the Games in Rio, and when the High School Musical alum touched down in Brazil and met the 4-time gold medalist, their photos — kisses included! — set the internet ablaze. However, it looks like another potential suitor is stepping up for Biles.

Brazilian gymnast Arthur Mariano is throwing his hat in the ring for Biles’ affections. Their connection began earlier in the Games, when Biles posted a photo of the pair of them, referring to him as her “Brazilian boyfriend.” After Mariano won bronze in the men’s floor exercise competition, he posted a picture to Instagram with Biles displaying their medals and the caption, “Congrats BABE You are doing an amazing job out here at the Olympics. The crowd and the Brazilians (including me) love YOU!”

Mariano posted another snap with Biles and jokingly called out Efron, saying, “Hey Zac Efron I saw her first…She is my girl.”
