Ciara joins Miss America judges panel

Ciara will serve as a judge for 2017’s Miss America pageant, EW can exclusively reveal.

The Grammy-winning singer joins a diverse celebrity panel including Olympic gold medalist and Final Five member Gabby Douglas, country singer Cole Swindell, actresses Sara Foster (Barely Famous) and Laura Marano (Austin & Ally), and Dallas Mavericks owner and entrepreneur Mark Cuban. Chris Harrison (The Bachelor) returns to host alongside ESPN anchor Sage Steele.

The 96th annual Miss America competition will air live from Atlantic City’s Boardwalk Hall on Sept. 11 at 9 p.m. ET on ABC.
