Lauren Conrad: Game of Thrones' Emilia Clarke revealed as her 'girl crush'

Lauren Conrad may be known for starring on MTV’s The Hills, but her favorite hills are in Westeros.

Conrad deemed the past month “Ask Me Anything August” on her website, giving readers direct answers to questions she is often asked. The topics have ranged from how to make successful small talk, to how to deal with a messy roommate. In a final “Ask Lauren” for August posted Monday, the Celebrate author offered 25 fun facts about herself, two of which TV and movie fanatics may particularly enjoy.

In the TV world, Conrad is on the Game of Thrones hype train and she has a favorite actress from the HBO series. “My girl crush is Emilia Clarke from Game of Thrones. I love her Instagram,” wrote Conrad about the actress who portrays Daenerys Targaryen, Mother of Dragons, on the series based on George R. R. Martin’s novels. “Why is she the cutest thing ever?”

“Dirty Dancing is one of the few movies I can watch over and over again,” wrote The Hills actress of her favorite movie. “Nobody puts Baby in a corner!”

Incidentally, Conrad was a baby – just 18 months old – when the Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Grey movie hit theaters in 1987.

But no word on whether she was ever put in a corner.
