1, 2, 3, 4… Are you ready for some fun Jane the Virgin news? EW can exclusively reveal that Hispanic superstars Gloria and Emilio Estefan will appear as guest stars in Jane the Virgin’s third season.

The Estefans – Cuban-American musicians and former bandmates whose empire now includes real estate holdings, restaurants, and even a Broadway musical based on their life story – will appear in the third episode of Jane’s upcoming season. The Estefans are the latest in a string of celebrity musicians to appear on the telenovela adaptation, following the likes of Juanes, Paulina Rubio, and Britney Spears.

Here’s the set up: The couple of more than three decades will play themselves on the CW dramedy, swinging by on Rogelio’s request for help as he tries to adapt a Latin telenovela for American audiences. That’s what best friends are for, right? And though EW has confirmed that the Estefans are not slated to perform on the show, here’s one thing fans can bet on: When the Estefans are involved, you’ll probably want to get on your feet and do the conga.

Jane the Virgin season 3 premieres Oct. 17 at 9 p.m. on The CW.
