All of Simone Biles’ dreams have been coming true lately…and even one nightmare.

The Olympic gold medalist — the most decorated female gymnast of all time — appeared on the season premiere of The Ellen DeGeneres Show Tuesday and talked about her experiences meeting Zac Efron, Kim Kardashian, and Beyoncé…and then taking a tumble (not the good kind) at the MTV Video Music Awards.

“I got my selfie that I wanted and then I talked to [Kardashian] so I could send her daughter some [leotards], which are in the works,” Biles explained of her evening at the VMAs. “I also got to meet Beyoncé, and at the end of the night I topped it off by falling down the stairs because I am clumsy.”

“I suck at walking,” the 19-year-old athlete added.

“He’s like even more perfect in person,” she said. “I didn’t think someone could be so perfect, and he was there and I was like, ‘Aha ha.’ I wanted to grab him and never let him go.”

Biles concluded her interview by announcing that she’s releasing a book, called Courage to Soar, on Nov. 15.

“It’s about my life story and it’s coming from me so that people don’t read something on the internet and they’re a little bit unsure of it,” she explained. “So it’s about my life, a little bit about my family, and then how I got to where I am.”
